Vlammers is founded by Paul Binnekade. Paul has over 24 years of experience in recruitment, both as executive search consultant (“headhunter”) at several firms and as a recruiter in a large multinationals. He has worked on very diverse roles and functional areas, technical as well as commercial, in both in B2B and B2C.
Paul has done thousands of selection interviews and managed procedures with experienced candidates of diverse backgrounds, functionally and culturally. What separates him from many others is his sincere interest in the person behind the professional.
