The approach

The approach mimics a selection interview closely, but we do more.

we will go through these six steps in any event:
  1. we will read your CV closely and discuss content (and form as well)
  2. we will discuss your career step by step: the story behind your choices, the what and how
  3. we will search for examples of behaviour and results
  4. we will investigate several general leadership competencies
  5. I will give feedback on what we discuss, on how you come across and what could be improved
  6. You will receive a handout with tips and many example-questions to prepare yourself with
  • You can expect specific questions about your ambitions, the company culture that fits you best, your ideal picture of a next role, etc.
